Where there’s a will there’s a way, we just prefer to pretend we cant do what needs to be done when really we are, fearful,insecure or too lazy to put fourth the effort to take control of how our lives are panning out.
Focus this week: STOP with the excuses! “I don’t have the money” “I work full time” “In a few months/next year”
Commit to taking a small (or big) step each day this week towards something you have been putting off with excuses. Excuses will not get you to your goals its time to make a decision on what you want and what you are willing to do to to push through your excuses.
- I commit to starting a morning routine and waking up at 5am so i ca work on my own self improvement before the day begins.
